Out went printed materials and direct mail flyers, and in came their digital counterparts: Email newsletters, websites and blogs. The internet made it so easy for marketers to create, publish and promote content (for cheap!), Facebook and LinkedIn both launched in 2003. We’re betting it was the latter.
